For standard power fittings and bolts, MOQ is normally 500–1,000 pieces per size. For customized iron fittings made to your drawing, MOQ depends on the tooling required — tell us the item and quantity and we will confirm the exact figure.
Yes. This is the largest part of our export business. Send a drawing (PDF / DWG / STEP), a photo with dimensions, or a physical sample. We confirm the drawing with you before production and can supply a sample for approval.
Items can be produced to Chinese GB standards, IEC, or ASTM / ANSI, as well as customer drawings. The hot-dip galvanized coating can be supplied to GB/T 13912 or ASTM A123. Please state the required standard in your enquiry.
Normally 15–20 days for standard items in stock or quick-production sizes, and 25–35 days for customized tooling orders. Peak season (before local grid projects) may add a few days — we confirm the schedule in the proforma invoice.
Steel pallets, wooden crates or PP-woven bundles with steel strapping, suitable for container loading and long ocean transport. Packing marks and container loading photos are provided before departure.
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L) and L/C at sight are both accepted. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
